Dear Shareholders, I hope you all are safe and in good health. In many ways, 2020-21 was a challenging year for each one of us. The covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on lives, livelihoods of the people and the business. Operational challenges mounted due to restricted movement and disrupted supply lines during the first few months of the pandemic.
